The purpose of this online program is to provide rehabilitation professionals and students with an evidence-based approach to targeted strength and conditioning practices specifically for optimizing functional performance.
The content will be an integration of cutting-edge science-based theoretical foundations and practical activities designed to challenge biases and enhance teaching prowess. The material is designed to be applicable across populations; from acute care to long term care, from sedentary to athletic, and from young to older adults.

Group discounts and/or payment plans may be available upon request.

What current participants are saying about the program...

Nick M.
As a new grad I had so many questions about strength and conditioning and exercise prescriptions. Scotty's program broke all the fears and myths I had about strength and conditioning.

Denise M.
I was skeptical about the online-ness of this functional rehab course, but so far it has been well run. I really like the emphasis on evidence and common sense approach to using a more strength-centered rehab in our clinical practice.

Cassandra K.
Great instructor with highly relevant education, work experience, and personal experience with the material being taught. We learned evidence based theory as well as practical information we could apply to our patients of all levels.

Daniel H.
A good choice if you want to be better at active therapy and more individualized exercise prescription

Fadi
